The opportunity
- Deliver developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Work collaboratively with a team of other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
You
- Minimum Cert III qualification in ECEC (or equivalent).

Valid WWCC
- Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
- Up to date Mandatory Reporting Child Protection certificate, food safety, red nose & sun smart (or willing to obtain)

Proven experience in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
