We are seeking an experienced Senior People and Culture Advisor to support our growing operations and provide trusted guidance across all people‑related matters.
This role requires a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar Senior HR Advisory position, with strong capability across employee and industrial relations, payroll compliance, and leadership coaching. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in closing out matters thoroughly and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee & Industrial Relations – Provide expert advice and support on ER/IR matters
- Case management – Lead investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes
- Legislative compliance – Ensure adherence to employment legislation and payroll obligations
- Leadership coaching – Build capability and confidence across our leadership team
- Continuous improvement – Identify and implement enhancements to HR processes and practices
- HR initiatives – Contribute to broader people‑focused projects and organisational priorities
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
- Award interpretation
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide, support and influence
- Proven experience in payroll compliance and interpretation
- Confident managing complex and sensitive matters with professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to seeing matters through to resolution
- Proactive, improvement‑focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to prioritise effectively and perform in a fast‑paced operational environment
