About the role
Support workshop operations by coordinating parts identification, sourcing, and stock control. Works closely with maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure timely supply and minimize downtime. Manages inventory accuracy through receipting, dispatch and stocktaking.
Skills & experience
- 1-2 years previous experience as a parts coordinator or similar
- Full C-class driver’s Licence (HR Prefered)
- Forklift High Risk Work License
- Basic computer literacy required
Duties & responsibilities
- Identifying vehicle & equipment parts
- Consulting catalogues and part diagrams
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Receiving and dispatching of parts
- Regular stock counting
