Details: The Building, Planning and Land Use Regulation Branch (BPLUR) is seeking applications for two Assistant Director positions within the Public Unleased Land Compliance (PLUC) and Public Unleased Land Investigation (PLUI) Teams. PULC are responsible for the management of reactive and proactive compliance operations in public places enforcing public space regulations. PULI are responsible for undertaking investigations and prosecutions of alleged breaches of the Public Unleased Land Act 2013 and the Litter Act 2004.
As an Assistant Director you will be responsible for oversight, guidance and accountability across the activities of your respective team.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- A Certificate IV in Government Investigations is required for both positions.

Experience in regulation, compliance or enforcement roles is highly desirable.
