About the role

Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for patients, families and visitors in a busy Emergency Department.

Manage patient registrations, admissions and record updates with accuracy and attention to detail.

Support efficient patient flow by coordinating real-time movement and status updates across the department.

Handle billing, funding and payment processes to ensure accurate patient account management.

Partner with clinical teams to provide high-quality administrative support that helps deliver outstanding patient care”
About you
-
perienced in delivering exceptional customer service within a busy healthcare, hospital or high-volume service environment.

A confident communicator who can engage professionally and empathetically with patients, visitors and multidisciplinary teams.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a high level of computer literacy.
-
Resilient, adaptable and able to perform effectively under pressure while contributing positively to a 24/7 team environment.
