About the opportunity
You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our VIP guests, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, warm, and genuinely enjoyable. In this part time role, you’ll host at exclusive VIP events for our local players and take care of personalised arrangements including accommodation, transport, travel, dining, shows, parking, and concierge support. With an eye for detail and a flair for exceptional service, you’ll go above and beyond to exceed expectations, strengthen relationships with assigned VIPs, and inspire repeat visits through memorable, elevated experiences.
About you
You’re a confident, professional customer service specialist who excels in high value, fast paced, highly regulated environments. You deliver exceptional VIP service while maintaining clear professional boundaries and balancing guest expectations with operational, compliance, and responsible gambling requirements. With strong attention to detail across access control, documentation, and system accuracy, you communicate clearly and respectfully, explaining policies and decisions in a way customers understand. Your sound judgement allows you to act independently while knowing when escalation is required. You’ll be naturally engaging and discreet, you build genuine relationships with VIP members while staying composed, adaptable, and proactive under pressure. You operate confidently within a compliance driven framework, including RSG principles, customer due diligence, Source of Wealth requirements, and AML/CTF obligations to ensure a safe, ethical, and well managed Premium gaming environment. As we operate around the clock, the ability to work day, nights, weekend and public holiday shifts is essential to supporting a seamless guest experience.
