The role
A customer has a burning question about their insurance policy. They're not looking for a wall of text; they want quick, easy answers. They're scrolling social media, browsing YouTube, even asking AI. You see the static pages and scattered info, and you know there's a better, more dynamic way to connect.
As Budget Direct's next Video Coordinator, you'll orchestrate the video production journey, helping turn SEO insights and LLM briefs into compelling visual narratives that engage and inform customers. From ideation to publication, you'll be the maestro coordinating between internal teams (SEO, LLM, Content, Brand) and external agencies to ensure every video is not only engaging but also perfectly aligns with search intent, feeds our AI strategies, and empowers our customers.
In this role, you’re not just managing video production processes; you’re strategically building a vibrant and influential presence across Search, AI surfaces, YouTube, and social, reaching customers wherever they are.
This newly created role for a Video Content Coordinator at Auto & General (A&G), one of Australia's fastest-growing insurance businesses, will see you at the heart of our expanding content strategy. You will drive the end-to-end workflow for high-performing video assets. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in extending our content strategy for brands like Budget Direct, transforming it into engaging video content that amplifies our influential visibility across Search, AI surfaces, social profiles, YouTube, and earned distribution.
You will be a key synchronizer, bringing together internal SEO, LLM, Content, Performance Media, Brand, and PR teams, as well as external agencies. Your expertise will ensure every video asset is produced on time, perfectly fits the brief, and meets all technical requirements. Crucially, you will assure that our video output is perfectly aligned with search intent and customer curiosity, optimizing it to feed Large Language Models (LLMs) and safeguard a brighter future for our customers through compelling visual storytelling.
