As an Associate, Commercial Property Finance, you'll play a key role supporting our Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for commercial property clients. Working across deal origination, credit assessment, settlement and portfolio management, you'll help drive growth in one of ING's core lending segments.
What you'll do
Support the end-to-end management of a commercial property lending portfolio, from deal structuring and credit approval through to settlement and ongoing reviews.
Prepare financial analysis, transaction assessments and high-quality credit submissions for commercial property and construction lending opportunities.
Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, Compliance and Lending Support teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
Build strong relationships with experienced property professionals, , providing exceptional service across transactions typically ranging from $10m to $100m.
Maintain portfolio integrity through account management, KYC requirements and data quality oversight.
What we're looking for
Proven understanding of the commercial lending lifecycle, including credit assessment, approval and settlement processes.
3+ years' experience in banking or finance, with exposure to property finance, preferably across commercial, development or construction lending.
Well-developed analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make sound recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute to team success.
