About the role:
Represent Charcoal & Crisp as the first point of contact—welcoming guests, taking orders, managing reservations (lunch & dinner service from 11am–9 pm, Tue–Sun), and delivering top-tier customer experience.
Key duties:
- Greet customers, present menus, and take orders.
- Coordinate reservations & manage walk-ins.
- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and warmth.
- Handle payments.
- Assist with bussing, table setup, cleaning.
- Maintain POS accuracy and cash handling.
Requirements:
- Prior FOH experience with POS familiarity. (Optional)
- Customer-service excellence in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
