What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of residential aged care services. By providing reliable administrative, financial and customer support, you'll help create a positive experience for residents, families and colleagues while contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the facility.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering accurate administrative and financial support that helps maintain efficient, compliant and resident-focused services.
Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors and staff by providing responsive, professional customer service.
Coordinating key financial and procurement activities to ensure resources, supplies and services are available when needed.
Supporting leaders and team members through organised administration, effective communication and trusted operational support.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Experience in administration, customer service or office support roles.
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing records, transactions or financial processes.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute positively within a team environment.
Clear communication skills and a practical, solution-focused mindset. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in Business, Business Administration or Finance and/or experience in aged care, health or community-based services.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about supporting quality care through dependable, people-centred administration that helps others thrive.
