The Coates Pinjarra branch is home to a small team of customer service, trades and transport professionals. As Branch Manager, you'll lead the overall performance of the branch, supporting your team to safely deliver outstanding service and solutions to our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive a strong Safety-First culture, develop and empower your team, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business. You'll enjoy balancing people leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance while making a real impact on the success of the branch.
Day to day, you'll:
- Manage branch performance across revenue, profitability, fleet availability, utilisation and customer loyalty
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery, transfer, maintenance and availability of equipment
- Create the right solution for customers through quotes, hire agreements and purchase orders
- Oversee fleet and asset management to maximise utilisation and meet customer demand
- Build strong relationships with local customers and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Manage branch P&L performance and drive continuous improvement across operations

What you'll bring to the role
- Experience in sales and operational management, ideally in equipment hire, industrial services or a related field
- Leadership skills with a track record of developing engaged, high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain a strong Safety-First culture
- Consistent delivery against commercial KPIs, revenue targets and branch performance measures
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing branch financial performance and driving business results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence with business systems, customer databases and Microsoft Office
