We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing officer to lead the college’s marketing and student engagement initiatives.
About the role
The Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the college’s marketing activities, developing strong relationships with education agents, promoting the college locally and internationally, and supporting student engagement and growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve enrolment targets for allocated markets and contribute to ongoing business growth
- Conduct education agent surveys and prepare reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents locally and internationally
- Handle student enquiries and coordinate student support referrals where required
- Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the college and increase student enrolments
- Maintain current knowledge of student support services and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with staff, participate in team meetings, and contribute positively to organisational culture
Essential Requirements
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Previous experience in marketing, student recruitment, or business development, preferably within the education or VET sector
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
- Strong communication, relationship management, and networking skills
- Strong organisational and reporting skill
- Understanding of international student markets and education agent networks
Desirable
- Experience working within an RTO.
- Knowledge of ESOS framework and international student compliance requirements
- Multilingual communication skills
