About the Role:
As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and supplying parts using OEM systems, ensuring timely service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

Interpret and identify parts using OEM catalogues and systems

Support technicians, retail customers, and trade clients with accurate parts information

Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims
-
Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and store presentation

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers

Contribute to efficient, effective Parts Department operations
What We’re Looking For:

Previous Parts Interpreter experience within an automotive dealership (premium brand experience highly regarded)

Strong parts interpretation and OEM system skills
-
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
-
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Current driver’s licence
