Are you an experienced Reliability Engineer or Project Manager with a strong background in Fixed Plant within the mining or heavy industry sector? We're partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to recruit a talented professional to deliver reliability improvements and engineering solutions for major mining clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability engineering and fixed plant improvement projects.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop maintenance and asset reliability strategies.
- Manage engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, performance, and maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Reliability Engineering within Mining or Heavy Industry.
- Strong Fixed Plant experience (essential).
- Experience with conveyors, materials handling, chutes, transfer stations, or wear management is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of RCA, asset reliability, and maintenance strategies.
- Engineering project management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Australian working rights are required.

Pay: $200,000.00 – $240,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Reliability Engineering within Mining or Heavy Industry.: 5 years (Required)
- Fixed Plant: 5 years (Preferred)
- Conveyors, materials handling, chutes, transfer stations: 5 years (Preferred)
- RCA, asset reliability, and maintenance strategies.: 5 years (Preferred)
- Engineering project management: 5 years (Preferred)
