The Role
An Opportunity is available to join my team of support workers who help to facilitate my daily life. My support workers assist me on a 2 to 1 service model throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex psychosocial needs.
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
Implement individual therapeutic support models and development programs.
Manage risk and ensure safety at all times.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Engage in active support that promotes independence and wellbeing
About You:
I am looking for respectful and positive people to join my team. A good match for me would be people who have an efficient and confident approach in what they do and possesses a calm and patient nature. A good sense of humour is also important. I am also looking for people to join my team who are willing to work a minimum of three active overnight shifts a week.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
