About Us
Yo Way Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve frozen yogurt store offering premium frozen yogurt and a wide range of delicious toppings. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
● Provide excellent customer service.
● Prepare and serve frozen yogurt products.
● Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented.
● Refill toppings and maintain product displays.
● Operate the POS system and process payments.
● Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
● Assist with opening and closing duties.
What We’re Looking For
● Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
● Reliable and punctual.
● Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
