About this opportunity:
ICC Sydney are looking to recruit Casual Event Setup Team Members to join our extraordinary, world class Event Delivery team.
You will assist in the setup of our event spaces as we create extraordinary guest experiences delivering a variety of events ranging from a bespoke VIP event for 20 guests, to gala events of up to 2000+ attendees, trade exhibitions and live theatre events.
In this role, you will:

Deliver ICC Sydney’s set up, bump in and bump out requirements to tight deadlines and high standards.

Assist with the moving, lifting, and positioning of assets to ensure all rooms and event spaces are set up, maintained and struck accordingly.

Interpret and follow event documentation including, but not limited to, work orders and floorplans to ensure accurate delivery of setup requirements.
Due to the nature of this role, flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster is essential, including morning, afternoon, evening, and the occasional overnight shift.

Previous experience in a similar role or environment is desirable.

Ability to perform manual handling tasks in a physical work environment pushing, pulling and lifting up to 20kgs.
