Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Analysis and Advisory Conduct comprehensive reviews of AKOM Investments’ business operations, investment activities, organisational structures, governance frameworks, and management practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives, industry benchmarks, Victorian market conditions, and competitor activities. Analyse operational bottlenecks, workforce challenges, financial performance issues, and growth constraints across AKOM’s business units. Develop strategic recommendations to improve profitability, productivity, customer outcomes, and operational effectiveness. Assist executive leadership in formulating business strategies, expansion plans, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives. Facilitate strategic planning workshops to align AKOM’s business goals with operational capability and market opportunities. Provide independent advice on organisational performance, sustainability, and risk management.
This position is regarded as a highly skilled professional advisory role requiring advanced business analysis, commercial judgement, strategic planning, organisational improvement, and stakeholder management expertise. The Management Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting AKOM Investments Pty Ltd to strengthen business performance, enhance operational capability, and achieve sustainable long-term growth.
