About the Role
· Lead daily operations of the workshop, supporting your team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
· Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results.
· Promote products and services using your industry knowledge.
· Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
· Availability to work Saturday mornings (8.00am to 12.00pm)
About You
· A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong work ethic.
· A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service.
· Minimum 3-5 years’ current experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred).
· Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
· Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
