Position: Real Estate Junior Cadet
Schedule: Monday to Friday, and weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, door knocking and database calls.
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients through proactive outreach.
- Book appraisals and support the sales team in pipeline development.
Requirements:
- WA Agents Representative Certificate (or in the process of obtaining).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
