Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? Prestige Inhome Care is looking for compassionate
Personal Care Attendants to support clients across
Rooty Hill and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs, including
Mount Druitt, Blacktown, Seven Hills, Quakers Hill, Plumpton, St Marys, Penrith and surrounding areas.
About the Role:
- Providing personal care and mobility assistance
- Supporting clients living with dementia, including using appropriate strategies to respond to resistance to care
- Assisting with showering, bathing, dressing and grooming
- Toileting and continence support
- Assisting with oral hygiene
- Medication prompting
- Supporting clients with eating and drinking
- Assisting with mobility aids and equipment tailored to individual client needs
- Meal preparation and light domestic assistance
- Providing companionship, emotional support and community access where required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in aged care, disability support, or home and community care (preferred)
- A qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support or Nursing
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client appointments
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across multiple locations
