Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
- Manage bookings, events, and special functions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a high-quality experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business
About you:
- At least 3 years experience in a management role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a hands-on approach
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
