Deliver international and domestic tours, including quotes and itinerary delivery
Upon confirmation, book all trip components for clients travelling under the LGT and TLA brands
Establish and maintain all booking records, communication, and relevant documents in SharePoint
Communicate with suppliers and partners for the information you need to quote and book
Track and manage tour timelines, working with the Senior Operations Officer to ensure all trip components are completed on schedule
Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a booking is made and handed over
Prepare and distribute final travel documentation by the agreed timeline
Handle client queries related to itinerary changes, ticketing, insurance queries, and contracts
Assist with airline quoting and flight logistics

Experience in a travel-related role, freshers are welcome
