Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst in 1997, driven by a passion for quality, sustainability, and tradition. Using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices, we craft authentic sourdough and pastries that celebrate the art of real baking.
Since then, we’ve grown into one of Sydney’s leading wholesale bakeries, proudly supplying over 300 cafés and restaurants. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond wholesale, with our retail stores in Broadway, Lindfield, Randwick, and Redfern, where customers can experience our handcrafted breads and pastries firsthand.

This role is based in Homebush-West with plenty of street parking and Flemington station a 5 min walk away.
About the role
Bakery Packer
This role involves getting bakery products packed and ready for distribution, it is a hands-on role that requires a good level of fitness, you will need to be a fast learner with a can-do attitude. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Hours 8pm - 3am (finish times vary depending on demand)
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Job Type: Part-time
Previous experience in a similar role/wholesale bakery will be highly regarded.
