We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Tradesman to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work and want to build stunning, high-quality gardens, we want to hear from you.
The Role : This is a hands-on construction role where you will be working on premium residential projects across Sydney. You will work closely with our site supervisors and design team to execute complex, high-end landscape builds from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities: Executing structural landscaping works including paving, stonework, retaining walls, concreting, and timber structures (decking, pergolas). Reading, interpreting, and executing detailed landscape design plans accurately. Site preparation, earthworks, drainage, and softscaping (planting/turfing). Working collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in structural landscaping and construction.
Qualifications: Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Carpentry, or a similar trade qualification is highly regarded.
Licences: Current NSW Driver’s Licence and a valid White Card. Machinery tickets (Bobcat/Excavator) or an MR/HR truck licence are a strong bonus. Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent physical fitness for a demanding hands-on role. Attitude: Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
