What will you be doing?
- Ensure all KPIs and Targets are met
- Manage own customer caseload
- Co-ordinate, schedule and allocate Employment Services staff
- Ensure claims, customer progression and all service requirements are met
- Refer customers to professional services
- Promote and negotiate employment opportunities with employers
- Train and mentor staff
- Conduct recruitment and selection activities
About You:
- Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
- Experience working in a performance driven environment
- Experience motivating and mobilising teams
- Proven ability to implement innovative customer strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
