We are recruiting for a full-time Barista/Cafe All Rounder at the National Library of Australia.
About the Role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance,
- Take orders and enter in POS,
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming,
- Beverage stocktake and ordering,
- Lead by example in a supervisor capacity,
- Help and support the team on the floor when required.

About you
- 2+ year Barista Experience
- should able to handle 6-10kg of coffee per day
- High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Latte Art
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid working rights in Australia
