Internal Sales & Office Administrator

Higgins Insulation is one of Queensland's leading suppliers and manufacturers of insulation products, servicing the residential, commercial and industrial construction sectors throughout South East Queensland.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Internal Sales & Office Administrator to join our team at our Virginia office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, administration and working in a fast-paced team environment, with the potential to build a long-term career within a well-established Queensland company.
The Role
· Answering incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
· Processing customer orders and quotations
· Assisting customers with product selection and technical information
· Supporting estimating and plan take-off activities
· Coordinating with our sales, warehouse and installation teams
· Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
· General office administration duties
· Providing exceptional customer service and support
Skills & Experience
· Previous administration, customer service or internal sales experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
· Professional and positive attitude
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Experience within the insulation, construction or building industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
