About Us
Nhanya Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people experiencing vulnerability, hardship, disability, isolation and disadvantage. Our work focuses on helping people live with dignity, build confidence, and move towards safer and more independent lives.
This is more than a therapy role. It is an opportunity to use your clinical skills to make a real difference in the lives of people who need meaningful, person-centred support.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse community and a varied caseload, including clients supported through the NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, Medicare and other community-based pathways. Our clients may include children, young people, adults, people with disability, families, carers and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
At Nhanya, we value dignity, safety, empowerment, inclusion, integrity and hope. We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and we are committed to creating services that are culturally respectful, accessible and genuinely supportive.
Why join Nhanya?
You will be joining a purpose-led organisation where your work has both direct and indirect impact. Every service you provide supports the person in front of you, but it also helps strengthen Nhanya’s broader charitable work.
As a not-for-profit, proceeds from our services are directed back into our charitable purpose, including supporting vulnerable women, children, families and people in distress. This means your work helps create positive change beyond the therapy room.
We are looking for clinicians who are kind, capable, professional and genuinely motivated to support people from all walks of life.
