Job Description
As the Dispensary Technician, you’ll be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers.
A significant focus of this role involves managing our Webster-pack (dose administration aid) service, making accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Webster-Pack Management: Accurately pack Webster-packs, organise incoming scripts, and liaise closely with doctors, carers, and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Dispensary Support: Assist the pharmacist with general dispensing duties and patient customer service.

Deliveries: Perform local pharmacy deliveries as required (Current Australian Driver's License required).

Stock & Inventory Control: Handle everyday pharmacy tech duties, including ordering medications, stationaries, and dispensing consumables, as well as managing stock levels.
About You:

Previous working experience in dispensing medications and packing Webster-packs. A Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are highly regarded.

Current Australian Driver's License.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with medical practitioners, carers, and patients.
