As a Support Worker, you are the heart of our mission. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to consumers living with disability, aging needs, or complex health conditions across melbourne‘s Eastern suburbs.

Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, current First Aid certificate, NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and Working with Children Check.
A minimum of 6 months experience in disability or aged care support is required.
The role involves performing all personal care tasks including toileting assistance, showering support, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
This position requires flexible hours availability to meet consumer needs.
