They’ve created this brand-new role because the existing infrastructure team needs another experienced Engineer, someone who can jump in, own technical challenges, and help shape the future.
You’ll work across a diverse technology landscape spanning cloud, infrastructure, networking, cyber security and modern workplace platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning complex infrastructure and systems escalations
- Administering and optimising Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)
- Supporting server infrastructure, storage, backup and DR environments
- Managing multi-site networking and Wi-Fi environments
- Driving cyber security initiatives and controls
- Contributing to projects, upgrades and future-state planning
- Improving documentation and lifting overall technical maturity
- Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Stakeholder engagement is key. You enjoy troubleshooting across multiple technologies, you’re comfortable with ambiguity, and you can operate without a perfect runbook sitting in front of you.
You'll bring:
✔ 5+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering roles
✔ Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud experience
✔ Windows Server expertise
✔ Networking capability (multi-site environments ideal)
✔ Cyber security exposure
✔ A proactive mindset and ability to solve problems independently
✔ Strong communication skills
