Cabana Bar is Sydney CBD's largest outdoor terrace — a resort-style, tropical oasis stretched over 100m in the heart of Martin Place, complete with two beach-inspired bars, an open-air kitchen, and views that make the 9-5 feel very far away. We run on "Cabana Time" — quick lunches, boozy long lunches, after-work hangs, and late-night vibes, all day, every day.

The Role
We're on the hunt for a Food Runner to keep the plates (and the good times) moving across Sydney's biggest resort-style terrace. You'll be the link between our open-air kitchen and a sun-soaked crowd who came to escape the office — fast, sharp, and always with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing

Delivering food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately and with a smile

Keeping pace across busy lunch, after-work and weekend sessions

Supporting the floor team to keep service seamless and guests happy

Checking each dish for presentation and accuracy before it hits the table

Clearing and resetting tables to keep the terrace guest-ready
