Role Description:
This role provides administrative and operational support to the Compliance Officer in maintaining the college’s compliance requirements with the Standards for Registered Training Operations (RTOs).
This role will assist in activities across Pioneer College’s operations and play an important role in ensuring that records are accurate and up to date with legislation, quality assurance and continuous improvement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in maintenance with registers and monitoring schedules
· Assist with organisation and recordkeeping
· Support audit preparation activities
· Maintain version control and document management systems
· Assist with monitoring action items that arise from reviews
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance of records of validation activities
· Record continuous improvement opportunities that arise from meetings, audits and feedback
· Assist in monitoring progress of continuous improvement initiatives
· Assist with the preparation of compliance meeting agendas and minutes
· Assist with the development and maintenance of templates and forms

· Has experience working with an RTO or within the VET sector
