Grill Cook (BOH) – Priority PositionFront of House Team Members (FOH)
Grill Cook – Preferred Candidate
We are currently seeking an experienced Grill Cook who is confident working on the grill and can support general kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Grill burgers, chicken and other menu items to our standards
- Complete food preparation and assist with stock management
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Support kitchen operations and work effectively with the team during busy periods
- Assist with ordering and stock control when required
Front of House (FOH)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Handle cash and other payments accurately
- Prepare drinks and hand over food orders
- Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organised and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team members who are:
- Experienced in hospitality, fast food or burger shops (preferred)
- Experienced with grill operations (highly regarded for BOH applicants)
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers and team members
- Strong team players with a positive attitude
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience is an advantage
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
Availability Requirements
Grill Cook applicants:Availability to work Tuesday to Friday opening shifts is essential for this position.
