The Senior Consultant, Marketing Transformation supports clients in improving the effectiveness of their marketing and customer functions through operating model design, governance, process improvement, and capability uplift initiatives.
The role contributes to marketing transformation engagements by conducting analysis, facilitating discovery activities, developing recommendations, and delivering defined workstreams. Senior Consultants work closely with clients and multidisciplinary Credera teams to help translate business challenges into practical solutions that improve organisational performance and customer outcomes.
The role combines consulting, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution. It provides opportunities to develop expertise across marketing operations, content operations, governance, ways of working, organisational design, and transformation delivery while building trusted client relationships and consulting capability.
Job Duties
Client impact
- Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders across marketing, customer, digital, and operational teams
- Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery activities
- Gather, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources
- Document current-state and future-state operating models, processes, governance structures, and ways of working
- Develop client-ready presentations, recommendations, and transformation artefacts
- Contribute to solving client challenges through structured analysis and problem solving
- Deliver assigned workstreams with minimal supervision
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all client interactions
Delivery and execution
- Deliver defined workstreams or project components within agreed scope, quality, and timeline expectations
- Support marketing transformation initiatives involving operating model design, governance, workflow optimisation, organisational effectiveness, and capability uplift
- Develop process maps, stakeholder assessments, operating model artefacts, and implementation plans
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, risks, issues, and status updates
- Participate in governance forums, project ceremonies, and delivery cadences
- Collaborate effectively with consulting, experience design, martech, technology, and client teams
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner
- Apply Credera methodologies, frameworks, and delivery standards
- Produce high-quality analysis, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables
Commercial and business contribution
- Support proposal development activities through research, analysis, and content creation
- Contribute to development of reusable assets, templates, and intellectual property
- Identify client challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs and share insights with engagement leaders
- Support thought leadership and capability development activities within the practice

- Familiarity with marketing, customer, digital, or operational functions preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
