About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and service focused Storeperson to join the team based in Adelaide. Your duties will include:
- To accurately and efficiently receipt, process, store and dispatching of aeronautical products.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
- Loading and unloading of trucks and dealing with couriers.
- Ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place.
- Undertake regular stock takes.
- Work in accordance with airworthiness requirements.
- Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
- Actively participate as a team member to achieve team goals and deliver to the customer.
- Team mentorship will be provided.
About You
- Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching.
- Experience in handling inventory in a manufacturing environment.
- A current LF Forklift, High Risk Work Licence.
- Knowledge of and/or experience working with aeronautical product – preferable.
- Previous dispatch experience – International, Interstate, Local – DHL, FedEx, TOLL and Couriers.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using inventory management IT systems – IFS desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion and drive to deliver to keep our customers flying.
- Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and/or Aviation Security Identification Card
