As a Food Truck Dessert Assistant, responsible for preparing and serving soufflé pancakes and a variety of desserts in a fast-paced food truck environment. Duties include preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling desserts to a high standard, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene requirements are followed.
Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, handling payments, answering customer questions, and ensuring customers received their orders efficiently. Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment and workstations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the food truck.
This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy service periods while consistently delivering high-quality food and customer experiences.
