Event Hire Field Operator

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Event Hire Field Operator who can get stuck in and get the job done right.
This role is all about making sure equipment is delivered, set up, packed down, and returned safely and efficiently. You'll work across a range of event sites, helping deliver successful events from start to finish.
What You'll Be Responsible For
At the end of the day, your job is to make sure:
- Equipment arrives on site on time and ready to use
- Setups and pack-downs are completed safely and efficiently
- Equipment is returned clean, checked, and ready for the next hire
- Customers receive professional service
You'll be:
- Delivering and collecting event hire equipment
- Setting up and packing down marquees, furniture, flooring, and other equipment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Preparing equipment for upcoming events
- Checking equipment before and after hire
- Assisting with cleaning, maintenance, and storage
- Solving problems on-site as they arise
- Following safety procedures at all times

Must-Haves

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
