In this role, you'll deliver comprehensive, highly organised and client focused executive support that is professional, personalised and grounded in absolute confidentiality.
You'll manage demanding diaries, triage high volume email traffic, coordinate meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, prepare briefing notes and reports, arrange travel, and keep IT and equipment functioning smoothly. You'll be the person who anticipates issues, solves problems quickly, and keeps leaders moving.
You'll work autonomously, using discretion and judgment to resolve conflicts, prioritise competing deadlines, and maintain momentum in a fast paced
environment. You'll prepare polished correspondence, maintain accurate records, oversee information management systems, and ensure all actions, follow ups and responses are completed on time. Your coordination of records management, correspondence flow and stakeholder engagement will directly support the Command's governance, performance and strategic outcomes.
To thrive, you'll bring exceptional organisation, strong written communication, advanced Microsoft Office capability, and confidence liaising with senior executives on sensitive matters. You'll be IT savvy, adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
If you're ready to be the trusted right hand of senior leadership , the person who keeps the Command aligned, informed and operating at its best , this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact every single day.
