Tasks & responsibilities
· CSM & Customization Development: Managing the end-to-end analysis, design, and engineering of new custom features on existing production systems.
· Platform Deployment & Installation: Leading the seamless rollout, installation, and architectural configuration of the target platform.
· System Configuration Management: Overseeing all tailored and standard platform configurations to ensure optimal functional alignment
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with the broader ACI Product team to streamline code updates, track changes, and deploy critical hotfixes.
· Release Planning & Management: Coordinating feature deployments and updates to preserve environment stability, minimise downtime, and meet compliance standards.
· 24/7 Production Support: Offering round-the-clock, immediate incident management for high-severity and critical live-environment issues.
· Customization Lifecycle Maintenance: Safeguarding ongoing functionality of custom setups during platform updates, system patches, and new integrations.
· Proactive System Health Monitoring: Executing scheduled health checks and performance assessments to deliver actionable stability insights.
· Regulatory & Mandate Compliance: Providing specialized governance and strategic adjustments to keep pace with changing industry security standards.
Qualifications & experience:
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; preferable 7+ years of relevant experience
· Relevant qualifications
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
