Ultra Tune Campbelltown is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive experience who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare service recommendations and provide clear repair estimates.
- Schedule and manage workshop bookings.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Liaise with technicians and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Keep the reception and office area professional and organised.
- Report directly to the Workshop Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor, Mechanic, or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (manual licence preferred).
