We are a local restaurant located in Randwick/ Clovelly area, looking for a passionate and experienced and super friendly Chef to join our team.
Duties include:
Planning and preparing menu items
Monitoring food quality and presentation
Managing stock and ordering supplies
Supervising kitchen operations during service
Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Training junior kitchen staff
Managing food cost and minimising waste
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of food safety procedures
Salary:
$76,000–$85,000 plus superannuation
Position:
Full-time
Pay: $76,600.00 – $87,000.00 per year
