Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a skilled candidate for the position of
Customer Connections Support Officer in
Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
In this role you will support the day-to-day activities of the Customer Connections Office in Alice Springs, providing high quality business unit administrative support, ensuring the delivery of day-to-day business unit objectives, legislative requirements and customer connections enquires.
This position is for a part-time 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Connection office in the delivery of timely customer connections
- Support the Customer Connection Officer in the coordinating and scheduling field-based crews.
- Provide business administration support to the Customer Connections Officer, including reviewing, scanning and filing of connection applications within the company's document and financial management systems
- Managing, reviewing and updating MS lists to ensure project tracking
- Project tracking and register updating, including Certificate of Compliance and PV registers.
- Carry out duties in accordance with the environmental and quality policy, safety principles, corporate values and strategies
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's license and own transport
- Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of Microsoft office Suite proficiency
- Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of diverse clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience providing organised and timely administrative and project support, with minimal supervision.
