Synergie is seeking a Machine Operator for a leading printing and packaging supplier located in Dandenong South.
Important parts
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm (flexibility to work 8:00am - 4:00pm for the right candidate)
- Pay rate: $32.31 per hour
- Location: Dandenong South, VIC
- Employment type: Casual with opportunity to go permanent
- Start date: ASAP or 06/07/26
- Pre-employment requirement: Drug and alcohol test required
What you will be required to do
- Operate production machinery in a printing and packaging environment
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure quality output
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or issues
- Assist with material handling and production support tasks
- Complete production documentation and follow operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
To be successful in the role you will
- Have previous machine operating experience within manufacturing or production
- Have experience operating a guillotine machine (highly regarded)
- Forklift licence and forklift experience not required but highly regarded
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have reliable transport to travel to Dandenong South
