About the job:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, supporting the receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Working closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Supply teams, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure materials are available to support production schedules and uphold the high standards expected within a regulated manufacturing environment.
You will be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions, providing flexibility and supporting the smooth operation of the site while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities:
- Receive, sample, store and transfer raw materials, packaging components and finished goods in accordance with site procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare and stage materials for production orders, ensuring materials are available within planned timelines to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through the ERP system, including stock movements, material issues, returns and location transfers.
- Perform routine cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies and support actions to improve stock accuracy and warehouse performance.
- Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and compliance with quality requirements across all warehouse areas.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning and Quality teams to resolve material, inventory and quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems to manage stock movements and inventory accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Understanding of quality, safety and compliance requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Ability to investigate issues, solve problems and work effectively across multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment would be advantageous.
