Branding & Marketing Leader – BAMI Vietnamese

BAMI Vietnamese is looking for a Branding & Marketing Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in building a modern Vietnamese brand with a long-term vision of expanding our franchise network across Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding and marketing strategies, managing online and offline marketing campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, collaborating with designers, photographers and external marketing partners, and analysing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. You will also support marketing initiatives for our existing stores and future franchise network.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in branding or marketing and possess strong strategic thinking with a passion for building brands rather than simply running advertising campaigns. You should have a solid understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy, be confident analysing marketing data and performance metrics, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, growing business. Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or Retail will be highly regarded. A Vietnamese-speaking background is preferred to effectively support our brand, customers and internal communications.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of AUD $65,000 per annum plus superannuation during the probation period. Salary will be reviewed based on performance after probation, with excellent opportunities for career growth as the business continues to expand. Employees are entitled to annual leave, personal leave, superannuation and all benefits in accordance with Australian employment legislation.
