You will work alongside expert clinicians, supportive leaders and multidisciplinary teams committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care to some of the most complex cardiothoracic patients in the state.

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic ICU, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred care to critically ill patients while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate complex nursing care
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill cardiothoracic patients
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers
Support and guide junior nursing staff and students in the clinical setting
Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement

About You
You are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with recent intensive care experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Recent relevant experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and clinical prioritisation capability
Confidence using clinical information and health management systems
Commitment to patient-centred, culturally safe care
