Our Atherton team is looking for a knowledgeable & passionate individual to join our Libraries department team as a full-time, permanent Coordinator.
The Coordinator Libraries is a strategic leadership role with a dual focus: leading library teams and contributing to the development of the Library Services work group within the Lifestyle and Community organisational unit.
This position is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of library services, setting and delivering service objectives, and ensuring the effective management of staff to achieve high and continuously improving levels of customer satisfaction.
The role also works closely with Customer Service teams across three Customer Service Centres to ensure alignment of policies, processes, service standards, and appropriate staffing levels. Additionally, the Coordinator is accountable for ensuring all TRC Library system applications comply with State Library standards and plays a key role in decision-making regarding library platforms.

- Base salary package from $108,559.29 per annum ($4,175.36 per fortnight)
