Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this Accounts Receivable position is a key role within the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of incoming payments and account balances.
You will operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of the AR function while supporting broader team objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build strong internal and external relationships, contribute to process efficiency, and play a vital role in maintaining the company’s cash flow and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and allocating incoming payments
- Reconciling the Accounts Receivable ledger and investigating unallocated funds
- Identifying discrepancies and resolving client queries in a timely manner
- Managing and processing direct debit batches
- Working daily within our custom wholesale fuel software system
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
